Working with the ATLYS quartet was absolutely a pleasure. I was impressed with their talent in arrangement and performance, as well as their professionalism. The passion and creativity they bring to their work is inspiring.

Discovering ATLYS was the best thing that could have happened to me during the production of my album “Voyage”. I am a New York based composer for film and even though I am far away from where ATLYS’ members live, our connection, chemistry and musical drive seemed to resonate in a very special way. My obsession with their modern sound resulted in us collaborating remotely.

I am thankful for them always being open to any musical challenge I presented. They delivered absolutely beautiful work that elevated my artistic vision, with a great attitude towards revisions and feedback. They really know how to understand a composer, and how to perform music in a fresh new way. Sabrina, Jinty, Rita, and Gen are fascinating, kind, and immensely talented human beings — qualities magically reflected in their music and collaborations.

ATLYS is incredible to work with, and they are my go-to group for any score with strings. They are extremely expressive and sensitive to whatever musical tone I am looking to create. We have worked together remotely many times and they have always been a joy to collaborate with; dedicated, professional and, most importantly, they deliver incredible music!

I recently had the pleasure of recording the Atlys String Quartet for a client’s project. Going into this we had quite a few pieces to record in a set time limit, so we were concerned about achieving our goals within that time constraint.

The Quartet arrived at the studio fashionably early to get their instruments acclimated to the environment. They set up promptly and were ready to go. This is a talented group. They played with great precision and more importantly to me, great feeling. Because the Atlys Quartet is an established group of players who have clearly been playing together for some time, they’re instincts towards one another were right on target. The way they ended phrases together was outstanding. They worked quickly and the attitude of the session was upbeat and lively, and yes we finished our session with 10 minutes to spare. I would highly recommend the Atlys String Quartet.
